Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CoachMetrics (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including coaches and administrators.

2. Description of Service

CoachMetrics is a SaaS platform that helps fitness coaches track client health metrics, predict client churn risk, and receive AI-powered coaching suggestions. The Service includes dashboards, analytics, alert systems, email notifications, CSV import tools, and AI-powered analysis features.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Pricing and Payments

CoachMetrics offers Free, Pro ($97/month), and Agency ($297/month) plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page or Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for at least 90 days after any price change.

5. Plan Limits

• Free: Up to 5 clients, basic metrics, no AI features
• Pro: Up to 50 clients, AI suggestions, daily briefings, WhatsApp analysis, email alerts
• Agency: Unlimited clients, all Pro features, priority support

6. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all client data you input into CoachMetrics. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.

You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from your clients to store and process their information through the Service, including any data used for AI analysis.

7. AI Features Disclaimer

AI-generated suggestions, daily briefings, and conversation analyses are provided as informational tools only. They are not medical, legal, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content in your coaching practice. CoachMetrics does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of AI-generated suggestions.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated scripts to access the Service beyond normal API usage
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful data
• Resell access to the Service without written permission

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoachMetrics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
